How To Use :

Step 1: Install batteries into the monitor.
Step 2: Insert the cuff connector into the socket on the left side of the monitor.
Step 3: Wrap the cuff on your bare arm, 1-2 cm above your elbow joint.
Step 4: Sit or lie down straight with your arm resting on a flat surface, and the cuff levelled with your heart.
Step 5: Press the Start/Stop button to start the measurement and remain still and silent during the process.
