The e-point system is the extra value provided to ePharmacy Nepal customers for shopping through ePharmacy's website, mobile app, or in-store. The more you shop, the more e-points you accumulate in your account. These points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases, providing an added benefit to loyal ePharmacy customers.
Here’s how it works:
1. ENROLLMENT:
Customers should be a signed up member of ePharmacy on website, mobile app, or in-store. An account should be created by providing basic information such as their name, email, and phone number. Once enrolled, customers start earning e-points on every purchase. This program is completely FREE. Customers do not have to pay to sign up or for any membership.
2. EARNING POINTS:
Customers can earn e-points on every order made through ePharmacy website, mobile app or on every purchase at ePharmacy stores. On every purchase made, 1 e-point will be added for every Nrs. 100 spent. (For online purchases, e-points shall be added after complete payment only)
3. TRACKING POINTS:
As a member of ePharmacy, e-points can be monitored through their online account on website or on mobile app.
4. REDEEMING POINTS:
Customers can redeem points whenever they make a purchase from the store or on website (with minimum 100 points) and mobile app. These points can be used as a discount whenever the customer finds it convenient.
5. EXPIRATION:
The e-points will expire if the customer has not made any new purchase within one year. So, on the new purchase after a year, the e-points will be reactivated.
